FourSeasons Private Residences
Address: San Jacinto & Cesar Chavez
The Four Seasons Residences will rise 32 stories, and have 162 condominiums. The building is designed by renowned architect Michael Graves. Prices will range from the $400's to $2 million+. Construction is planned to begin fall 2007, and will take to 2 years to complete. Once finished it will undoubtedly be one the most luxurious high rises in Austin, offering perks such as valet parking, rooftop amenities, concierge, room service, and more.
"W"
Address: 2nd & Guadalupe
Block 21 will be the home of the new "W" Hotel & Residences, Austin Childrens Museum, and KLRU's Austin City Limits. It will rise 36 stories, have 250 hotel rooms, 196 condominiums that will begin on the floor 16. The building will also contain 20,000 sqft for retail space and another 180,000 sqft for office space.
The Austonian

The Austonian will rise an amazing 55 stories making it the tallest building in Austin. It will have 195 luxury units, ranging in price from $550's to $2 million+. The project will break ground soon and is planned to be finished by mid to late 2009. The building will include a spa, pool, fitness center, retail, and more.
